Sejvad consist various community . Among these Patel, Prajapati, Rabari, Patil, Maisuriya, Mahyawanshi , Rathod ,Chudhari etc.
Patels are major . In sejvad both Charotar and Leuva patel are exist. Their major business is Farming and ‘Pashupalan’ . Most of all are well settled in their business. At least one person per families are NRIs.
Most of NRIs are well settled in abroad like USA,U.K. , Zambiya, Jamika, New Zealand. etc.
After that prajapati are major part in community . Most of them are farmer and other are doing job in various field like Diamond, Tailoring , Factory etc. they have also a ‘Gruh Udyog ‘ like vive ‘Baaj Padiya’ , make some sweets and sold in villagers plus outside village .
Rabari community consist 10 or 11 houses in village . They are also farmer . They do ‘Pashupalan’ too.
One family of Patil community is also here. they are also farmer.
Harijan community Is also least they are in farming too.
Other are Maravdi , Gurjar , Rathod , Chaudhari etc.
Marvadi are retail shop holder the rathod and chaudhri are the labor and some are working in factories .
